Order Processing Time

Orders will be shipped out within 7-9 business days unless stated otherwise under the item's description! 

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Last Great West uses different carriers and shipping costs are based on package weight during check out. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we will try our best to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Our customer service team has an estimated 48-72 business hour response time. This does not apply to weekends. Upon certain requests, we may be able to ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
